In Hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedics magnetic resonance cabinet was solemnly opened in collaboration with Health Center 4. The installed Siemens MAGNETOM Avanto equipment of magnetic resonance (MR) with 1.5 T magnetic field strength, unlike small MR equipments with magnetic field strength just up to 0.35 T, provides images of outstanding quality when examining:

• Cerebra, soft tissue of head and neck
• Spinal chord
• Soft tissue of bones, joints, muscles and other soft tissue
• Blood vessels of any part of the body
• Mediastinum organs
• Organs of abdominal cavity and pelvis
• Mammary glands
