Before the visit to a doctor it is advisable to fill in this questionnaire and send it by e-mail to the following e-mail address: vc4@vc4.lv.
An electronic card, a data base of the patient, in which all data about the patient, his/her laboratoric and other examinations are stored, is created for each person individually. It gives the opportunity of comparing the data and following the progress of disease. As for the previously done examinations of visual diagnostics, they all are stored together in a centralized archive system (PACS) of medical institutions.
